• The Webpage will be hosted on a subdomain of our website: mustangbranding.ca/yourbusiness
• You are responsible for securing your own domain name if you wish to move the Webpage in the future.

Design Process:

• We will work collaboratively with you to understand your needs and preferences.
• You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on our initial design concepts.
• One round of revisions is included in the free service.

Ownership and Rights:

• The design concept and intellectual property for the Webpage will remain with MustangBranding.
• You will be granted a non-exclusive license to use the Webpage on mustangbranding.ca/yourbusiness.

Right of Refusal:

• MustangBranding reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, projects that do not align with our brand values or technical capabilities.

Suspension or Cancellation of Service:

• MustangBranding reserves the right to suspend or cancel your free Webpage service for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Inactivity on the landing page for an extended period.
  • Use of the landing page for illegal or unethical purposes.
